Medline Industries, Inc. offers comprehensive contract sterilization services, using Ethylene Oxide (EO) sterilization technology, to a wide variety of medical device manufacturers and other healthcare customers throughout the United States. Medline’s sterilization focus is directed solely at the healthcare marketplace. Medline has sterilization facilities in Northern Illinois and near Tampa, Florida. Both facilities employ state of the art equipment and technology, with a total of eleven (11) chambers with capacity ranging from 3-Pallets to 26-Pallets.

Medline supports its sterilization efforts with world class customer service, and technical support from nearly 400 quality and sterilization professionals. These talented and dedicated staff are always available to assist our customers with any technical challenge they may face, at no additional cost. Our facilities adhere strictly to all FDA requirements and are ISO 13485:2003 and 11135-1:2007 certified.

Medline is constantly upgrading both our hardware and software technology, and in 2009 began offering Parametric release for all our customers, thereby eliminating the need for Biological Indicators, with the resulting benefits of reduced cost and quicker product release.
